Absolutely not! You can volunteer as much or as little as you want. You decide what works best.

A police background check is not required to volunteer for school council and parents’ society hosted events (however, it is required to volunteer for the school directly.)

We often ask our volunteers to do things like help us set-up and tear-down at events, sell snacks and drinks at a concession stand, run carnival games, help folks donating bottles to get them in the truck, or check-in. We typically pair you up with at least one other volunteer and every job is something that can be picked up easily!

No! We welcome and appreciate all extended family, older children, community member and friend volunteers.

When we require volunteers, we usually send out a sign-up form using Sign-up Genius. Use that link to see a rundown of the sort of help we need. If you're interested, select a date/time that works for you.
