Meetings

Our meetings are an excellent way to:

  • learn more about what’s happening at the school,

  • hear how decisions are made by school administrators,

  • stay informed about upcoming events,

  • ask questions, and

  • have your say in matters you care most about.

We meet at least seven times a year. We always begin with the Woodlands School Council meeting, which includes updates from the school principal with opportunities for questions and discussions. This is followed by the Parents’ Society meeting, where we plan events and fundraisers and vote on budget spends.

All parents of Woodlands students and members of the community are welcome to attend. Meetings take place at the school or you can join virtually.
